Why Fraudlyst

There is no shortage of courses. There is a shortage of practice and proof.

Fraudlyst gives you the work itself: realistic cases, real decisions and assessed feedback, reviewed by experienced practitioners.

What's different

Built around the case, not the lecture.

  1. Evidence first.

You work from records: customer profiles, transactions, access logs, reports. You decide what they show.

  2. Decisions that count.

Evidence arrives in stages and answers lock, so you commit to a call with what you know at the time, as investigators do.

  3. Feedback on reasoning.

You learn why a decision was sound or not, from what the evidence supports and what it doesn't.

What you practise

  • Interpreting evidence
  • Reconciling and tracing funds
  • Separating allegations from findings
  • Escalating within your authority
  • Recording a clear rationale

These are Fraudlyst's five core skills. What good looks like for each.

Assessed, case by case

In Applied and Advanced, every case is assessed using AI-assisted assessment and reviewed by experienced practitioners. You see exactly where your reasoning held up and where it didn't.

Live, with an experienced practitioner

Some things can't be learned alone. In the Live Investigation Simulation, a team works a case together with an experienced practitioner guiding it.

Show employers what you can do

Applied ends with a Record of Skills: your work case by case, the skills you showed and your reviewed submissions. Share it with a verification code, and employers can check it for themselves. Advanced adds your capstone outcome and a portfolio of your casework.
